Oishi used to have beautiful, thick hair but because Tezuka is jealous of the attention, he subtlely tells Oishi to cut his hair. :P Oishi needs to be a pretty boy once in a while. If ou squint, and get rid of Oishi's hair except for the two fringes, that's the Oishi you know. ^^
